Verbatim Advisory Group tells you what middle management is saying about their company's performance. That's the edge you need for investment decisions.

Government statistics, syndicated research, industry publications, and other secondary research sources are shared among investors. This is the research that everyone else has. Press conferences, CEO/CFO interviews, and conversations with industry experts are digested by the Street on a daily basis. All of this represents traditional equities research. Some firms have taken this tradition a step forward by offering a service that connects investors directly with individuals on industry "panels" or "councils". This is very effective in educating analysts, private equity, hedge fund, and portfolio managers on a particular industry niche.

In contrast however, Verbatim Advisory Group doesn't seek to educate. Rather, our internal team conducts multiple interviews with managers at target firms to answer specific questions designed to benefit an investment decision. Our clients may already be knowledgeable about industry, but they may want to know how a particular event is being viewed by numerous middle managers within a set of companies.
